CLEANING: some files should not be there
Some files should not be there:
AIP_Cluster_instructions.txtEmail_Notifications.ipynb
You could add them into .gitignore
Moreover versioning jupyter notebooks is not a good idea. Except you always take care of stopping the kernel and cleaning the output before you commit.
