WIP: merge v5 into client/server

Yori Fournier requested to merge 44-FEATURE-Add-Grid-Object into MIL-server-client-branch

Now there is a new class Grid which can be used to control the frame and ratio of the composing axes.

Ratio and Frame are now both optional arguments.

Closes #44 (add grid object) Closes #40 (now ratio and frame are optional arguments) Closes #17 (FIGSIZE and ratio are now compatible)
